He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Cusin; his children, Jennifer Adams and Jared Hooten (Amber); his sisters, Brenda Williams and Nancy Perry (Doug); and his grandchildren, Roxanne Adams, Angela Hooten, Matthew Hooten, Bianca Kleinschmit and Jackson Hooten.
