She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Osburn. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Scot Osburn (Tammy), Chris Osburn (Jen) and Dr. Jon Osburn (Tho); her sisters, Linda, Marie and Cindy; and her niece Jennifer Van Wieren. She is also survived by her three sons: eight grandchildren: three great-grandchildren.
