He was predeceased by : his parents, Joseph Meagher and Beverly Meagher; and his brother Joseph Meagher III (Pam Niemi). He is survived by : his daughter Pam; his siblings, Nancy Mattson (Gerald), JoAnne Evans (John) of Eau Claire, WI, Robert Meagher (Sandy Mattson) of Turtle Lake, WI and John Meagher (Wendy) of Stillwater, MN; and his sister-in-law Joann Meagher of Neenah, WI. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and 26 grandchildren.
