In the sacred silence of farewell, Karen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Karen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilford Rivard and June Rivard; her sister Joanne Hoffman; her daughter Jacqueline Legault; and her grandson Dustin Hale.
She is survived by: her brothers, Terry and Lyle Rivard; her children, Monte Austinson (Carole) and Jill Schneidt (Larry); and her granddaughters, Jessie Hale, Danielle and Jamie Legault. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
