He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Mazurek and Florence Mazurek (Gregorich); and his siblings, Kay F., Patricia, Billy and Benny.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Berg; his children, Mary Joan, Bob (Trish), Martin (Patricia), Teresa, Dan (Anita), Jerry (Angie), Margaret (Richard) and Jim (Amy); his siblings, Lawrence, Mary Jane (Ron) and Jack (Mary); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Lou and Bethel. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
