She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kalen and Emma Kalen; her siblings, Soren, Severt, Selmer, Sylvester, Samuel, Stewart, Steven, Sadie and Sally; her former life partner Toivo Keranen; and her husband Bill Dorvinen.
She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Jarrett of Ontonagon and Ric (Pat) of Dehnam Springs, Louisiana; her grandson Rick (Sara); her great grandchildren, Ricky and Riley Grace; her grandson Jamey (Melissa); her great grandchildren, Emma and Olivia; and her niece Char (Tom Tomassi). She is also survived by other extended family members, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Benevolence Fund at Redeemer Free Lutheran Church or the charity of your choice.
