She is survived by: her mother Ann Butkovich (Pavolich); her husband Gary Simmons; her daughters, Jeanne Pollard (Terry) of Ontonagon and Theresa Wright (Bryan) of St. Clairsville, OH; her grandchildren, Kendra Pollard-Krueger (Don), Kyle Pollard (Lauren), Gary May, Brittany May (Bret) and Kelsey Wright; her great grandchildren, Duncan, Darla Pollard, Jaiden, Jaxson, Zoey May, Landon Vasey and Josephine May; and her sisters-in-law, Dolores Butkovich and Virginia Aho. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
