He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Doris; his daughter Nancy Simoni; his grandchildren, Anthony Simoni (Maddie), Brendan Simoni (Trisha Wright) and Sophia Simoni; and his sister Mary Boston (late Robert).

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Central United Methodist Church (3882 Highland Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48328). A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Great Lakes National Cemetery (4200 Belford Rd, Holly, MI 48442).
