She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Hook (Kempf) and Paul Hook; her brother Norman Hook; and her husband Arnold Andrew Eusebio. She is survived by: her sisters, Rosanne Vogen, Madonna Holloway and Kathleen Hook; her children, Michelle Watterworth (Eric), Jeffrey Eusebio (Anna) and Julie Topoleski (Marc); and her grandchildren, Thomas Eusebio (Lydia), Christina (Eusebio), Poiry (Tim), Albert Eusebio (Maria), Grace Topoleski, Katherine Topoleski, David Eusebio (Sophie), Alexandra Watterworth, Nicole Watterworth and Maria Eusebio.
