It is with sadness that the passing of Diane Maria Richard (Orion Township, Michigan) is shared. Diane, born on November 28, 1943, passed away on October 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Diane will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Diane by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Diane is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Diane’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Adina, Andrew and Frank. She is survived by: her children, Natalie Hargett (James) and John Richard; and her grandchildren, Bethany and Christopher.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Modetz Funeral Home Silverbell Chapel (100 E Silverbell Rd, Orion Twp, MI 48359).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brighton Hospice in Diane's memory.
