She was predeceased by : her mother Janet Canfield. She is survived by : her adoptive father Donald (Janet Canfield); her father Donald Canfield; her sister Mineka Thompson (Walter); her nieces and nephews, Samantha Petrick (Ryan), Ashley Murphy (Steve), Jessica Aldrich, Andrew Hartfelder (Allison), Janssen Thompson and Nathan Thompson; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Remy, Rocco, Ari, Ellie and Carter.
