She is survived by: her husband Leonard Melnick; her children, Janice LaMothe (Randy), Steve Blocki (Eileen), Kim Van Sickle (Bill) and Mary Beth MacDonald (Glenn); her grandchildren, Meghan Leightner (Nate), Adam Blocki (Kelly), Annie Wolski (Brian), Philip LaMothe (Melissa), Brooke Koenigsknecht (Mark), Madeline Binkowski (Robert), Drew Blocki, Paige MacDonald and Matthew LaMothe (James); and her great grandchildren, Ben Leightner, Rowan LaMothe, Caroline Leightner, Henry LaMothe, Brynn LaMothe, Evan Koenigsknecht, Sutton LaMothe and Elise Koenigsknecht.
