He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Rogers and Esther Rogers; and his son-in-law Dale Burns. He is survived by: his wife Pam Rogers of Orleans; his children, Rebecca Burns of Plainwell, Katherine (Shawn Hause), Jennifer (Craig Schafer) and John II (Marcy Rogers); his grandchildren, Colin Burns, Karina Otten of Ypsilanti, Ryan Burns of Plainwell, Josh Hause, Heather Hoffman of Marshall, Anna, Chad Cowell of Grand Rapids, Jared Hause of Cedar Springs, Wyatt Schafer of Fenwick, Lukas Schafer of Fenwick, Morgan Rogers of Orleans, Gabriel Rogers of Orleans and Gena Rogers of Orleans; his great grandchildren, Luka Hause, Max Cowell and Jace Cowell; his siblings, David (Jean Rogers), Robert (Deb Rogers), Dan (Judy Rogers), Jim (Maggie Rogers) and Mary (Dan); and his caregivers, Sherry, Florance, Blair and Belinda. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
