He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Butts; his brother Mark Woolbright; and his stepfather Jerry Woolbright. He is survived by: his mother Darla Butts; his wife Wendy; his children, Kyle Wennemar (Kim), Christopher Butts, Jacob Lenz and Cody Lenz; his siblings, Jeff Woolbright (Brenda) and Sheryl Shirley (Brian); and his grandchildren, Emily, Elleis, Leo, Keith and Kara. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins.
