He was predeceased by: his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his daughters, Hope Anne Crenshaw and Stephanie Barnhart (Joe); his stepson Clayton Dickinson; his grandchildren, Colin Crenshaw, Aedan Barnhart, Sydney Crenshaw, Joshua Barnhart and Ann Zwak; and his great grandchild Saturn Crenshaw.
