She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Hallop and Shirley Hallop; her husband Phillip Labens; and her sister Geralyn Locke. She is survived by: her children, Kurtis Skurda (Tammy), Scott Skurda, Mark Skurda and Michelle Hawley (Eugene); and her brother Donald Hallop. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
