He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Radeka (Amy), Michael Radeka (Sherry) and Barry Radeka (Lynn); his brother Richard Radeka; his stepsiblings, Mike Quinn, Doug Quinn, Brian Quinn and Colleen Quinn; his grandchildren, Ashley Maker (Ryan) and Courtney Radeka; and his great grandchildren, Luke and Levi Maker.
