He is survived by: his sister Tracey; his wife Julie A. Bather; his brother Scott; and his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Daniel (Tracey Shamma), Holly, Lindsay, Linda Potter, Rob, Geoff, Rebecca, Brandon, Jennifer and Carrie.
