She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Wesley and Esther Valena Bedford (Udell); her husband Richard "Buck" Francis; her son Jason Lee; and her brothers, Alvin Bedford and Arden Bedford.
She is survived by: her children, Heidi Wiley (Michael) and Garrett Francis (Marlene); her grandchildren, Michael, Adrianna, Gisellie, Gabriel, Quinn, Jordyn, Sharon, Cade and Elleri; and her sister Marilyn Ross (Robert).
Interment: Evergreen Cemetery, In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in her memory.
