He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Heath and Shirley Heath (Anderson); and his brother-in-law David Monnig. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Earley; his sons, Joshua Heath and Jeremy Heath; his grandson Brayden Heath; and his siblings, Ellen Monnig, Anne Heath, Sarah Heath (Stefano Migliuolo) and Douglas Heath (Tinne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
