He is survived by: his wife Marion Januchowski; his son Thomas Macklem Jr. (Christine); his stepchildren, Jeff Carriveau (Jayne), PJ Carriveau (Kathy), Theresa Kujawski and Kimberly Townsend (Ron); his sisters, Marilyn Flippo and Bette Stogdill (Jim); and his sister-in-law Dee Macklem. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
