He was predeceased by : his father James Burns; and his wife Michelle Norkowski. He is survived by : his close friend Jean Obuchowski; and his children, Mike Jones (Kari), Amy Tolan, Ryan Burns (Rose), Ben Burns (Amy), Stephan Burns (Amanda), Cody Burns, Nikita Lutey, Billie Miller, Tyler Burns, Courtney Burns, Chris Burns, Trenton Burns, Jason Obuchowski, Donald Obuchowski (Jenni) and Autum Prevost (Chris). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren.
