She was predeceased by: her parents, Sheldon "Bumpy" Westphal and Betty Mae Westphal; her husband LaVern Maitland; and her siblings, Rodney and Shirley.

She is survived by: her children, Terry, Debbie, Randy and Robin; and her friend Sandy Jones.
