She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilbert "Willie" Garber and Mary Elva Garber (Sheperd); and her brother Larry Garber. She is survived by : her husband David R. Seiter; her children, Lorie Lyn DeHoff (Todd) of LaVernia, TX and David M. Seiter (Wendy) of Fishers, IN; her grandchildren, Tyler DeHoff (Valerie), Rebecca Seiter of David, J. H and Alexander Seiter; her great grandchildren, Brennen Ramos, Weston and Axton DeHoff; and her siblings, Donald Garber and Lynn Mishka (Larry).

Contributions in memory of Carol may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Michigan Great Lakes Chapter.
