He was predeceased by: his sister Joyce. He is survived by: his parents, Richard LaFountain of Martin and Paula Smith of Florida; his children, Dustin Anderson (Crystal) of Texas, Trevor LaFountain (Megan) of Otsego, Kristy LaFountain of Orangeville and Isaac LaFountain of Martin; his siblings, Todd, Jerry, Moe, Dell, Joe, Joanie, Jeanie, Sherrie and Dianne; and his close friend Shannon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
