He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Lorraine Mack, Lucy and Everett Lyons. He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Decker and Dianne Decker (Mack); his children, Ryan Decker and Devon Decker; his stepsons, Charles Sanders and Richard Sanders; his brothers, Ralph Decker Jr., Bart Decker and Eric Decker; and his brother-in-law Scott Zantjer. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
