It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donald L. VerHage of Otsego, Michigan, who passed away at the age of 82, on November 10, 2025. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hage and Martha Ver Hage; and his brothers, Lawrence (Dutch), James and Isaac.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Lee Smith of Otsego; his children, Kelly, Cynthia and D. J. (Rita); his grandchildren, Ethan (Marie), Jillian, Taryn, Grace (Cole), Turner, Zoe, Hannah, Adelyn and Alayna; his brother Duane (Carolyn); and his sisters-in-law, Yvonne and Arlene.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Martin Reformed Church (1073 W Allegan St, Martin, MI 49070).
In lieu of flowers contributions in memory of Donald may be directed to the Martin Reformed Church Youth Group Mission Trips (https://www.martinreformed.org) or Centrica Care Navigators.
