He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Helms and Thelma Helms (Comer); his siblings, Max, Lee, Forrest, Martha and Marian; and his son-in-law Oran Holloway (late Phoebe).
He is survived by: his daughters, Elizabeth Holloway, Kitty Lonsway (Paul), Dawn Helms (Sue Carr) and Lorretta Guarino (Frank). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
