She was predeceased by: her parents, John Girton and Mary Girton (Frazier); her husband Leo LaFountain; her daughter Cheryl Butler; her stepdaughters, Brenda and Tammy LaFountain; her granddaughter Renee Schell; and her brother-in-law Robert Maher.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Girton (Sheila Sauser), Crystal Dalton (Dave), Debbie Cutshaw (Richard), Ted LaFountain (Jane), Marjorie Castleberry (Riley), Janet LaFountain and Bruce LaFountain (Linda); and her siblings, John Girton Jr. (Ann), Virginia Roberts (Joe) and Doris "Kathy" Maher.
