We bid farewell to James F. Dendel (Otsego, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 22, 2025 at the age of 82. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dendel and Irene Dendel (Boylan); his wife Willa Slack; his son Scott; his grandson Alex; his sister Irma Digby; and his sister-in-law Sherrie.
He is survived by: his children, James Jr. Dendel (Kelley), Eric Dendel (Doreen), Tori Eckman (Jeff) and Tamara Bryant; his siblings, Kathy Dendel, Ray Jr. Dendel (Sarah), Ron Dendel (Ana) and Dean Dendel; and his brother-in-law Larry Digby. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
