He is survived by : his parents, James "Tom" Boyett and Christine Boyett (Pomeroy); his former life partner Jessica Baptiste; his son Elliot; his sister Jenifer Rantz of Kalamazoo; his nephew Oliver Rantz; and his grandmother Sandy Pomeroy.
