Neil M. Van Loo Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil M. Van Loo of Otsego, Michigan, who passed away on September 17, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Loo and Lena Van Loo (Doortje); his wife Barbara Van Loo of Kalamazoo; and his siblings, Jacob Van Loo and Martha Pharaoh.

He is survived by: his daughters, Diane Gilligan (Dan) of Kalamazoo, Marcia Cornell (Greg) of Otsego, Nancy Wooley (Wes) of Holland and Linda Van Loo of Spokane, Washington; his grandchildren, Brian Gilligan (Lindsey), Gloria Groen (Freddie), Bailey Gilligan, Tara Cornell, Karli Bradshaw (Josh), Blair Boyce (Hunter), Tyler Cornell, Carissa Wooley, Connor Wooley, Trevor Herberg and Travis Herberg; and his great grandchildren, Logyn Bradshaw, Raegyn Bradshaw, Layne Boyce, Brooks Boyce and Kamahri Gilligan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
