He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Lewis and Hazel Lewis; and his siblings, Bob, Rodney Lewis and Cindy Stough.

He is survived by : his sister Lisa Sutton (Gary); and his nieces and nephews, Cody (Hollie), Zach, Matt Sutton, Michael Stough, Abbie Nou (Sam), Tammy D'Amore (Dan) and Teresa Stough.
