She was predeceased by : her parents, Willard "Buck" Harper and Bonnie Harper (Simington); her husband Carlos Campbell; and her sister Terry. She is survived by : her children, Dora Campbell of Orangeville and Willard "BJ" Campbell of Shelbyville; and her siblings, Cheryl Caswell of Otsego, Bill Harper (Patricia) of Otsego, Vicky Ziegler (Todd) of Otsego, Steve Harper (Mary) of Otsego, Thomas Harper of Indiana and Tina Harper of Otsego. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and her granddog.
Contributions in memory of Shelley may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
