It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tirzah A. Blackman of Otsego, Michigan, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on December 8, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Quy and Laura Quy (McGilliard). She is survived by : her husband Lawrence Blackman; and her sister Carol of California. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
