She was predeceased by : her parents, Burdette Babcock and Frances Babcock (Osgood); her husband Clarence Cowdrey; her son Calvin; and her grandson Lee.

She is survived by : her children, Darlene Mills (Ron), Brenda Stachowiak (Brent), Mark Cowdrey, Shelley Ebersole (Rick) and Robert Cowdrey (Chrissy). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 7 siblings; and many close friends.
