He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Olrich; his wife Joyce Ann Schmidt of Paul's Lutheran Church; his mother Ruth Olrich; and his siblings, Doug Olrich and Phyllis Henson.
He is survived by: his children, Dean OIrich (Kim), June Kretz (Dave), Wanda Castleman (John) and Pam Sorensen (Mark); his grandchildren, Neil, Dale, Fadia, Laura and Reese; his brother Gale Olrich (Gail); and his sister-in-law Linda Olrich. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
