He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard M. Adkins and Mary Ann Adkins (Dacey); and his brother Edward "Eddie" Adkins. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his daughters, Liese Zahabi (Michael) and Lori Gehring-Rorabeck (David); his grandchildren, Preston, Brian Gehring, Avilyn and Avery "Teeny" Rorabeck; his brother Howard "Howie" Adkins (Darla); and his sister-in-law Charleen Cassavore Adkins.
