She was predeceased by : her parents, Lomar Burgess and Kate Burgess (Kidd); her daughter Judy Piper; and her siblings, Eugene, Bill, Marvin, Talmadge, Raymond Burgess, Jimmie Stark, Hazel Stark and Maxine Kidd.
She is survived by : her daughters, Sylvia Robinson and Diane L. Dippold; her grandchildren, Cassie Dippold Strickland and Eric Dippold; and her great grandchildren, Seth, Aurora Strickland and Illse Dippold. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
