He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Church (Bob), Marlene, Elaine Howell (Donny) and Janell Dupree (Tony Sr.); his great grandchildren, Ryan Church, Brittany Church, Austin (Maddie), Derek Church, Tyler (Alyssa), Kyle (Karlee), Trent (Dakota), Makayla Woods (Lucius), Elisa Hope Howell, Denae (David), Garrett Howell, Janessa Dupree, Anthony Jr. Dupree (Mia) and Kianna Dupree (TJ); his brothers, Louie Crots (Patty), Larry Crots and Les Crots (Nancy); and his niece Amy Luse (Pam Viers). He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren.
