With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Phillip Anderson of Ottawa Lake, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 22, 2026 at the age of 69. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Anderson and JoAnn Anderson-Shaffer (Britch); his son Chad Russell Anderson; and his brother Russell Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Eleanore Anderson (Kosier); his children, Daniel Anderson, Kimberli Fletcher (Martin) and Keriann Sager (Micheal); his grandchildren, Justin Schultz, Ashley Anderson, Katelynn Anderson, Samantha Olson, Alizabeth Dreps (Kody), Luke Spilak, Alexis Spilak, Casey Krott (Dalton), Courtney Hamer (Noah), Jacob Kish (Anastasia), Carley Wacenske (Devin), Josh Kish and Jed Kish; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Isabella, Landon, Arabella, Lincoln, Everett, Violet, Aurora, Beckett, Walker and Wrenley; and his siblings, Randell Anderson and Dorothy Anderson. He is also survived by nephews, nieces cousins and other relatives and friends.
