She was predeceased by: her parents, E. R. Mitchell and Leora Mitchell (Loughmiller). She is survived by: her husband Tommy James Wilson; her children, Thomas Wilson (Nancy) and Christine Toner (Charles); her grandchildren, Devon Wilson, Isabella Schumann (Eric) and Abigayle Toner; and her siblings, Everette Mitchell (Valerie), Loretta Enlow (Phil) and Sharon Marcum (Bob). She is also survived by six nieces and nephews; sixteen great-nieces and great-nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends who were blessed by her kindness.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Wesleyan University E.R. Mitchell Scholarship Fund in Carolyn's honor.
