It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert R. Risley of Ovid, Michigan, who passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Robert may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Royal J. Risley and Eathel C. Risley (Dickenson); his wife Ivah Risley; and his brother Allen. He is survived by: his children, Ron Risley (Connie), Cindy Rademacher (Mike), Gayla Ruehle (Rex) and Lynette Smith (Chris). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
