It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blanche A. Cesal of Owosso, Michigan, born in Arcadia, Michigan, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, John Rigling and Hannah Rigling (Larsen); her spouse Jerry Cesal; her sons, Daniel Cesal, Larry Cesal and Tim Cesal; her grandchildren, TJ Newman and Micheal Cesal; her sister Audrey Winarski (Leo); and her siblings-in-law, Theron Spitler and Kae Rigling.

She is survived by : her children, Jerry Cesal (Avis) of Chesaning and Debra Newman (Tony) of Corunna; her daughter-in-law Karen Cesal of Bridgman; and her siblings, Wyler Rigling (Pat) of Texas, Jack "John" Rigling of New York and Irene Spitler of Owosso. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Shiawassee Humane Society or Hospice.
