He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dockham and Lois Dockham (Skelton); and his siblings, Mike, Jimmy, Joane and Jeanette.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Douglas; his children, David Dockham, Robert Dockham (John), Shawn Stevens (Sunni) and Jackie Walker (Josh); his grandchildren, Meagan, Ashlynn and Logan; his siblings, Bob Dockham (Pat) and Lori Nadjaovic; his mother-in-law Donna Douglas; and his brothers-in-law, Don Douglas (Chris), David Douglas (Pam) and Steve White (Kathy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to go to the Shiawasse Humane Society in memoriam of David Dockham.
