He is survived by: his sons, Joshua Woodworth (Michelle Flynn) and Joseph Woodworth (Fifita); his grandchildren, William, Tyler, Emily Wolosonowich and River James Woodworth; and his siblings, Dallas Wayne Woodworth, Glenda Blair, Karen Woodworth and Keith Woodworth.
