He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Lyle and Dorothy Evelyn Demerly (Wilson); his daughter Lynnette; his granddaughter Grace; and his sister Judy Stotenbur.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Sue West; his children, Kaye Canfield (Tony), Ross Demerly (Tina), Jon Demerly (Jennifer) and Chris Demerly (Jamie); and his siblings, David Demerly, Edwin Demerly (Martha) and Sally Thompson (Dale).
