He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Urban and Maggie Mae Urban (Parker); and his sister Dawn Marsh. He is survived by: his daughter McKenzie Urban Costello (Kade); his grandchildren, Harrison Smith, Ambrose Costello and Eloise Costello; his brother Larry "Jim" Urban (Tina); and his former wife Patricia Urban. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and many other dear family members and friends.
