He was predeceased by: his parents, Alejandro Garcia and Josefita Garcia (Alaniz); his wife Connie Garcia; his son Pike Garcia; and his siblings, Benie, Juan, Johnny and Virginia Garcia.

He is survived by: his children, Frank Garcia Jr., Lupe Garcia (Jennifer) and Anita Ott (Chris); his brothers, Santos Garcia (Felipa), Ces Garcia (Arminia) and Pete Garcia (Kim); and the mother of his children Anita Garcia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends.
