He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Beyers and Florence Beyers (Harrell); and his sisters, Maude Eva Hawkins, Annabelle Chasten and Claudia Hawkins.

He is survived by: his wife Janice Beyers (Altenbernt); his children, Tamara Teppo (Jon) and Anthony Beyers (Nan); and his grandchildren, Benjamin, Samuel and Kathryn Teppo.
